The Hype is Real: Travis Scott x Fragment Design x Air Jordan 1 Low OG

Mickey Mouse x Adidas "Stan Smith Collection"

It's the latest clash of icons with Disney's beloved mascot teaming up with Adidas' treasured silhouette. This combination of industry titans has amassed 139 years of production between them, and they've finally crossed paths with the release of the Mickey Mouse x Adidas Stan Smith collection.

Mickey Mouse is essentially 92 years of age, and Stan Smith is still a young man in comparison at 47 years of age. Despite the age difference, Stan Smith is an even worthy host for the superstar mouse.

Disney has been trying new things lately, notably with their own streaming service, which saw them cut ties with the content streamers of their shows and franchises.

The good thing is that they're still showing a desire for collaboration in this collection with Adidas.

The last great Mickey Mouse collab in the shoe industry was with Vans in 2015, which saw Disney dump their character designs on a plethora of van silhouettes. There was something for everyone in this "Disney World" collection, but unfortunately, the partnership has been discontinued. The collection wasn't only shoes, but we got whimsical slip-on, shirts, backpacks, and even more.

Disney did another stint with Asics in 2018, which yielded the "Snow White and the Twelve Dwarves" collection. It wasn't the same amount of variety as Van's enormous Disney collection but showed the company's desire to work with giants in the sneaker industry.

The Disney x Adidas Stan Smith sneaker collection has three options. Two are just color variances. The lone one in the bunch comes with a movie theatre-going attachment: 3D glasses.

I know what you're thinking. What do 3D glasses have to do with Mickey Mouse and Stan Smith sneakers? The beauty is in the comic confusion plastered all over the kicks. It looks all jumbled up in black and white, eye-straining when viewed frequently, but with 3D glasses, you can experience the retro comic pristinely coming alive. This 3D colorway has Mickey Mouse smiling on the back heel.

And the twin pair follow the same pattern of Mickey Mouse running on the side lateral, his lower body in motion while the collar and top living of the Stan Smith cut off his upper body. One of the twins has Mickey Mouse colored black and white, and the other has him in full color. In all of them, the Disney and Adidas trademark share the insole.

The Mickey Mouse x Adidas Stan Smith collection will be launching on February 20th at Adidas.com and select retailers. It will be sold at $160 USD.

Each pair is crafted in the brand’s German facilities with higher-qua...

Jalen Hurts’ “Jawn Air” Jordan 11 Cleats: A Custom Tribute to Philly Swagger on the Field

Sunday, Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts didn’t just lead his team to victory—he did it with style that screamed Philly from every angle. As the Birds took on their opponents in a hard-fought Week 4 clash, all eyes weren’t just on Hurts’ pinpoint passes and elusive scrambles; they were glued to his feet. Rocking a pair of pristine white Air Jordan 11 cleats emblazoned with “Jawn Air” on the tongue, Hurts turned the gridiron into his personal runway, blending NFL grit with sneaker culture flair. The cleats, a player-exclusive (PE) design from Jordan Brand, quickly went viral on social media, with fans and sneakerheads alike dubbing them “fire” and “cold” in equal measure.  Philadelphia’s own Eliot Shorr-Parks captured the moment on X, sharing a close-up snap that highlighted the custom detailing, while Complex Sneakers broke it down as a fresh drop in Hurts’ growing lineup of personalized kicks.  But what makes these Jordan 11s more than just another game-day ...

Philly sneakerheads, mark your calendars and charge those phones—tomorrow, September 27, the Air Jordan 5 “Tokyo 23” finally breaks free from its Japan-only vault and lands worldwide for the first time in over a decade. This isn’t just another retro; it’s a resurrection of one of the most elusive Jordans ever dropped, originally cooked up exclusively for the 2011 Jordan Brand Tokyo 23 event. Fast-forward to 2025, and Nike’s serving it up globally at a friendly $215 retail—yeah, you read that right, a fraction of the five-figure resale tags it’s commanded on the aftermarket since. If you’ve been chasing grails that blend cultural flex with straight-up design fire, this drop is your weekend mission. We’re breaking it all down: the backstory that makes it legendary, the details that’ll have y...
